A large of our role as missionaries locally and across the United States is to equip the Hispanic and Latino church in all areas of evangelism.

I was invited by a Spanish-speaking church in Tucson to teach an evangelism workshop where Biblical principles and practical tools were shared. The workshop was designed to encourage believers from all ages to share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The attendees were engaged and participated throughout the workshop.

The pastor of the church shared that he really enjoyed the training and said it was a blessing to his congregation. He continued to say that he enjoyed the workshop format, and that he sees a great need to equip the church with tools for effective evangelism.

To further encourage the church, I was able to give away some helpful resources. My hope is that they will use the tools and resources to go out and start sharing the Gospel with their local community. The gifts included books, devotionals, Gospel tracks and a study Bible focused on evangelism. The church was grateful for the training and the resources given on that night.

This was my first-time teaching at the church. I praise and thank God for this opportunity to teach and equip His church and for the relationships that were strengthened during this time. Overall, this was the third time I have taught the workshop at local, Spanish-speaking church in the last several months.

It was a blessing to be able to establish deeper relationships with my brothers and sisters in Christ. I will continue to offer this training for churches on a regular basis. If you would like to learn more feel free to reach out to me personally. I would love to talk more about equipping the saints at local churches for evangelism..
