Discover what it’s like to work in the mission field on a short-term project with us. Corazón offers “hands on” opportunities to minister to Tucson’s Hispanic and Latino communities. Projects are assessed and plans developed to meet the unique needs of the people we serve. We hope to be ambassadors for Christ. Typically, we encounter people who are unfamiliar with the Bible or the church. We offer prayer and the Gospel to the people we meet.  Some of the projects we organize are:

Yard work and landscaping

Home and building cleaning

Small construction jobs

Collecting and delivering food or goods for single moms or families

Feeding the homeless

We come along side Churches in Hispanic and Latino neighborhoods to assist pastors and congregations reach out. Volunteer teams join us from around the country to offer weeklong summer sports camps and arts camps during the summer. Each camp ends with a family night where the Gospel is presented. Often, parents and grandparents see what their kids have learned and experience the local Christian church for the first time.

Families, church youth groups, college groups, and adult small groups are invited to serve with us. Together, we can develop a plan that is right for you and your group.
