In 2014, a group of pastors and Christian leaders in Southern Arizona came together under the leadership of Corazón Ministries to begin a Hispanic/Latino ministry task force. The purpose of the task force is to unite, equip, and encourage English and Spanish-speaking church and ministry leaders for work in their Hispanic/Latino communities. In 2015, they began offering workshops in order to
reach this goal such as The Role of a Worship Leader and Leadership & Administration in the Church. The development of other workshops and trainings is ongoing.HispanicLatinoTaskForce
In addition, the Hispanic/Latino Task Force interacts with ministries and Christian organizations on the local, state, and national level. The task force engages with these ministries in consulting, training, and collaboration to help develop and enhance leadership within the Hispanic/Latino church.
